Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges
At Bouncing Frogs we strive to achieve a positive customer experience with each transaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please return the item within 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, Bouncing Frogs will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Bouncing Frogs; all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or if the product has been used or damaged, you may only receive partial or no credit for the returned order. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs. We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee should the merchandise not be in re-sellable condition.
